Karabeci is a "product" of Partizani Tirana's Football Academy as he played with the team since his childhood. He played in various youth competitions for Partizani Tirana including the "U-17 & U-19 Championships" of Albania. He played four matches for Partizani in the 2006–07 season.[1]
In the 2008-2009 season as coach Shpëtim Duro came in charge of the team, Karabeci was considered to be a very important part of the senior squad by making good appearances in Albanian Superliga for the 2008-09 season. However, not even his impressive displays could save the team from relegation to the Albanian First Division and national humiliation as they went from being one of the countries most feared sides to a relegation battling one. Karabeci terminated his contract with Partizani at the end of the season.
On August 28, 2009 Karabeci signed for Albanian Champions KF Tirana. He joined up with the team ahead of the international break which he spent with the Albanian U-21 side.

He was picked for the Albania U-21 by the coach Artan Bushati to help the team for the UEFA U-21 Championship qualifier and is still considered a very important part of the team. He even managed to score the wining goal in Albania U-21's Qualifing game with Azerbaijan U-21 shortly after signing for his current club, KF Tirana
